Shame she wasn't as vociferous about the arrival of several dubious owners over the last 5 years....or maybe highlighting that Pompey were buying trophies wasn't such a big a vote winner back then....
Sigh
FFS....will someone tell Miss Money Penny that she surely has better things to do with her time and tax payer's money than to sort out the finances of a private company?
Any idea why, in the post match interview, Poyet didn't seem remotely upset that his side had just capitulated in a game that they started just 2 points above the playoffs? He's usually fuming after losing such games.
If we adhered to that advice for the Pompey game then I'd have made a wasted 100 mile round trip to pick up my tickets the day before the game. The OS said 'no match day collection' yet the TO were saying over the phone that it was OK to pick up on the day. On that occasion, the TO we're right and the OS was wrong.
Steve Claridge just said on the Football League show: "Reading were second best against Brighton and Southampton but took their chances"
Now to watch Brighton's capitulation....
I just stealed myself to watch the highlights that have just been put up on Saints Player.
Watching again at how well we played fills me with even more disbelief we got nothing from that game.
@jackcork1: Very dissapointed tonight. Thought the lads did well and we created alot of chances. Just wasn't our night. 3 games to go. Big game tuesday!
