Where in that article do the Dail Heil (ha ha @ the clever play on words) say they are outraged? They report on the outrage of others but I can't see any overt editorial opinion within the article.

This "embarrassment" factor is all relative.

These 'salesmen' are typically put out there by some of the big fat cat companies who know they can exploit the vulnerable by leaning on the sympathy factor of poor people trying hard to earn a living.
Sole traders I have sympathy for. Stooges set up by large companies I don't.
