  1. I suspect it would have given Lowe more pleasure to have 'won' by a much smaller margin with those present voting that it did to win by a landslide due to the large number of abstaintees.
  2. Done. See above
  3. HTH
  4. So 'someone' needs to 'leak' the names/contact details of the '2nd tier' shareholders for this 'non-Lowe camp' share collaboration initiative to work?
  5. I believe there is a public list of 'major' shareholder but I think the most significant list would be the '2nd tier' shareholders....i.e. those with not quite enough to be counted in with the big boys but hold enough shares to make a difference in collaboration with others. In other words, those with, say, a 6 figure shareholding (as opposed to the 7 or 8 figures held by the top table)
  6. Aye...that was my train of thought too...
  7. Shame they weren't in the same Digby wallet as the players wages that someone 'left on a train' (he said metaphorically)
  8. Hence the valiant attempt to pool more shares together per chance...?
  9. Just to clarify...is the 'joining forces' shareholder initiative highlighted on this thread connected in any way to the 'joining forces' initiative that Duncan mentioned previously...i.e. the one where a mobilisation website is being prepared? Or are they completely separate? cheers
  10. I see this morning that another c.12k of shares has been hoovered up at 19p a throw again (12% below the 'asking price'). Probably means nowt....
  11. Cheers for that Weston
  12. My IQ used to be greater than my shoe size before I joined this forum.
  13. Living proof that some on here know **** all....
  14. Indeed. It seems odd that a meeting to attract 'non-Lowe camp' shareholders hasn't actually been publicised very well. A post on a fans forum stating the time and venue without any background info seems a strange way to get people on board. Or perhaps there was a catch-22 at play here....i.e. too much advanced publicity might have scuppered their plans? i.e. they didn't wantto give too much away to the 'Lowe camp'? Dunno. It's all Ted Rogers to me.
  15. I'm told Utah is very nice this time of year
  16. Mr McPherson would be proud
  17. So, you think this is an embarrassment? Well, on Saturday I will be driving in my car, in the sun and the rain, down to Southampton. My girl's mad at me for going but, hey, it must be love for the club I support. I say "Shut up". This is our house and I don't want any more grey days. We need to take one step beyond otherwise tomorrow's just another day. Our hopes are on the wings of a dove and we can no longer rely on Uncle Sam coming to our rescue. So baggy Trousers will be there to help get rid of yesterday's men. COYR!
  18. I chuckled out loud too
  19. Quite. But of course all we get is silence..... I tell ye...it's the long time registered, sub 50 post members you've gotta keep your eye on....
