  1. "luckily we didn't go down, meaning that we find ourselves with the same old boardroom arguments." A contradictory statement?
  2. I'm nearly done. Should be better than my previous efforts. (NAMG and Asturius)
  3. Further humble apologies as I've just looked up the word sycophant myself and it doesn't even mean what I thought it meant! Anyone got a petard I can hoist myself upon?
  4. Yep...sorry....one beer too many tonight....frustration boiling over. Apologies to all....a crap and patronising thread from me. Best if I stick to the boat spotting! Two words: Wrong Trousers
  5. It's oh so very very simple..... Go to home games and you're assisting this club to die. Don't go to home games and you are assisting this club to live (long term) Why oh why are people so blind to logic? One word: Sycophancy Look it up

  7. Well, I did my bit to save Southampton Football Club by going to see Aldershot Town instead today. I hope the people that continue to go to SMS and give Lowe the justification he needs to stay put can sleep at night as they help force the club into oblivion. Stop going to home games. Why can't people see this oh so simple solution?????????? No pain, no gain Wake up and smell the coffee. FFS
  8. Yes. I went to see Aldershot Versus Macclesfield instead. Some nice play from both teams. Having witnessed it first hand, I rather suspect we wouldn't walk league 2....

  17. Early career Perepļotkins joined FC Metalist Kharkiv at the age of 18, but over the next two years had spells with several different clubs, including Fili Moscow and R.S.C. Anderlecht, as well as spending time at Southampton's academy. Because of problems obtaining a work permit, Perepļotkins was unable to play for Southampton in front of a paying crowd, thus preventing him appearing for the first team. Shouldn't be a problem meeting this criteria in the not too distant future....?
  18. What time? Given the recent Saga saga we a time machine.
  19. Coffee? Could have been worse...
  20. Indeed. Which backs up my point somewhat. But as someone has pointed out, my point was somewhat rhetorical given the answer is "money"
