(i.e. we, in theory, get a better 'attempts vs goals' ratio for the rest of the season (for relatively little outlay) and he gets a shop window and the flexibility to still do what he wants in the summer)

I've looked back at DT's posting history (yes, I AM that sad) and can't see any posts eulogising Beto before we got linked to him. A little odd, maybe, for a player that is the most "absolute ideal" player for us. I can only conclude that DT is a club scout masquerading as a 'make it up as you go along' merchant on here to mask his true identity. Fair play to him as he's pretty much nailed the buffoonery persona to be fair. There aren't many on here who have the talent to keep up such a pretence for the length of time he has.
