No sign of the new Everton manager in this article... http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11662/10530566/the-premier-leagues-star-managers-head-to-head-records
Surely some mistake?
You've got to admire his technique though. Posting as Heisenberg and then waiting for 1 hour 20 mins to login and post as Sidney Fudpucker to back himself up. Textbook.
Seeing that today made me think how VvD would excel in a Yaya Toure box-to-box kinda role. He's almost untouchable when he breaks forward and it looks so effortless. (And, yep, he should have blasted it when he got into the box rather than trying to lay it off.)
At the game. Not as much intensity from Saints as the Espanyol game. Redmond quieter in this game too although had a good effort that hit the wood work. Nice composed finish by Long for the goal. Looks like Fonte could be coming on at half time
Just catching up on yesterday's events. Good to see Tinpot Town have decided to retain the same levels of chortle fodder this season.
The only downside though is that it further delays the return of the Corporate "we only post when we're winning" Ho brigade. Was rather hoping they would get promotion at long last this season just to raise the chortle bar up a few notches for next season.
Hey ho (pun intended), can't have it all I suppose...

This.
I know the forum police frown upon "look where we were 'x' years ago" posts, but for me the dark "will we still have a club to support tomorrow?" few days before Markus bought the club are still relatively fresh in my mind, so my expectation bar is never too high, regardless of what's happened in the ensuing years.
That said, my gut feel is that we'll comfortably finish top half this coming season.
