The holding company was set up 8 years before the rules were made! So how is that circumventing them? Can't circumvent something that at the time doesn't exist or even considered to ever exist in the future.

I do know. however this will be taken out of the Football League's hands if it goes to court. Mark Fry/Pinnacle seem confident they are in the right. The FL are just panicking and trying to find a way out but won't imo.
