He knows well every person on the planet who plays football?

That is quite a sweeping generalisation! 🙄
-
That didn't answer the question.
-
You've avoided the question again.
-
His wage isn't the only factor, you also need to consider budgets transfer & wage budget and squad quality.
-
You would have a point... if Spurs squad quality was on a similar level to us. However... it is not. They have a far larger income, transfer budget and wage budget.
-
Nope I did not, as you used the word 'only'. At no point have I said it is the only time he can be judged.
-
Losing the best player from your team is always going to make a difference. Ings is a long way above any alternative striker options we have.
-
1) Who said that? Because I didn't. 2) No you aren't, you've written him off throughout this thread and others.
-
Can you explain why my points aren't valid?
-
Try answering it now, especially given how you were quite happy to write him off now, so why not explain which of the 13 clubs above us it is disappointing to be lower than. I'd say it is one, two at most.
-
We were one stupid Djenepo tackle away from a point vs a team with a vastly bigger income, transfer budget and wage budget than us. So even though we were less effective in the second half, it was very fine margins that lost the game. That doesn't mean it was a tactical error. An inch or two the other way and that 90th minute penalty would have been a free kick and probably an away point.

A question for those that want Hasenhuttl out... Of the 13 teams above us, which should Hasenhuttl be disappointed not to be higher than? I'd say only Crystal Palace and possibly Leeds (given they are newly promoted but have spent quite a bit). So hardly a poor season when looked at until this point as a whole rather than just the last 4 months.

He wasn't 'tactically inept' in the 1st half. You overlooked the Spurs squad cost considerably more than ours and the difference in quality came through as the game progressed. You made comments regarding being out done by Ryan Mason a 29 year old, but the resources Mason had available to him were significantly better than what Hasenhuttl had. You decided to overlook this or couldn't grasp it.

Because our opponents Tottenham are in the League Cup final tomorrow. The game with them was played early.
-
Stop moving the goalposts! His post was in response to your comments regarding the last game.
-
4-2-2-2 as usual
-
Bizarre rather than radical. Where exactly is Walker-Peters playing in that formation? Who is in central midfield?
-
Funny for a number of reasons...

That doesn't help when the bank calls. "But sir... everyone else has the same problem"

It makes a difference to Saints ability to pay current contracts. Obligation to pay them even if our income drops significantly with small PL TV deals in the future.
-
Adding the ESL to FM is largely a database issue.
-
Still doesn't explain why you think the club you support being hit financially is amusing.
-
Why is it 'amusing' when the club you support is one of those 14? The 'big 6' leaving hits Saints financially as PL tv deals would shrink alot.
