  2. If for example you've missed some days during the week of training other players are going to be in better shape to start the game. That doesn't mean you have to be left out entirely and can be on the bench if required.
  3. I'm guessing you didn't listen to Pochettino's post match interview where he explained Lallana and Fonte weren't fully fit.
  4. Games played in 2013 by the 17 teams that have been in the Premier League over the two seasons...
  5. WBA have only won 7 of their 34 games in this calendar year. What is odd is their official statement says... "despite a substantial investment in the first-team squad" Which is odd because WBA have been one of the relatively low spenders in the Premier League.
  6. Means Saints have the joint best defensive record in the Premier League again (along with Everton).
  7. Dearest Tokyo-Saint, Do you have to quote Turkish making up things I've said? Means I can then see it. x x
  8. Light rain showers with sunshine currently forecast by the BBC for Newcastle tomorrow afternoon. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2641673
  9. I didn't say that either. Reading comprehension is tough stuff for some.
  10. They are both looking to expand their stadium capacities to circa 40k and Cardiff for example were competing with us for transfer targets (Wanyama) in the summer. QPR may be competing with us for transfer targets next summer if they get promoted again. You do enjoy making things up don't you, I said no such thing.
  11. Then it shouldn't be on the main forum if the thread isn't related to Saints. Potential rivals improving infrastructure and then comparing it with what Saints may or may not do is what this thread should be about if it stays on the main forum rather than being moved.
  12. Have you not noticed those pictures show alot more than merely adding seats to St Mary's?
  13. I don't believe you, you look shifty and startled in your avatar.
  14. I'm onto you Tokyo-Saint! Impersonating me on other forums isn't big or clever!
  15. Sssshhh, don't let Turkish hear you say that! But then he still hasn't realised I have had him on ignore and haven't responded to him in over 6 months.
  16. Looks more like TRON.
  17. Lots of clubs are now moving along with ambitious infrastructure plans. West Ham new stadium, QPR new stadium, Cardiff stadium expansion, Swansea stadium expansion, Chelsea/Spurs/Liverpool/Everton all looking to improve or relocate etc etc. Lets hope these plans see the light of day to allow Saints to increase revenue streams and compete. Its not just about extra seats, it is everything else in the development as well...
  18. QPR's plans...
  19. I think for QPR a 28,000 to 30,000 seater stadium that allows for future expansion if needed would be more realistic. Jumping straight from 18k to 40k is a huge leap. Cardiff City are also expanding, phase 1 is already under way which will make their stadium bigger than St Mary's... Phases 2 and 3 will take it to this and 39,000...
  20. You can see him in training yesterday towards the end of this video... http://www.player.saintsfc.co.uk/latest-news/article/3573346/date/20131213120000/page/0/name/jay-looking-forward-to-newcastle-test
  21. You only need to watch to a Man City press conference to see what can go wrong, Pellegrini often misunderstands the question when in English.
  22. 1 GK Andrew McNeil 2 DF Craig Richards 3 DF Sebastian Wallis-Taylor 4 FW David McGoldrick 5 DF Sean Rudd 6 DF Martin Cranie 7 MF Lloyd James 8 MF Tim Sparv 9 FW Theo Walcott 10 FW Leon Best 11 MF Nathan Dyer Sub FW Adam Lallana Sub MF Feliciano Condesso Sub DF Kyle Critchell Sub DF Gareth Bale Richards, Rudd and Wallis-Taylor the only ones not to have a professional football career of some sorts.
  23. Probably because Cork is Wanyama's understudy, Saints only need one player to sit in front of the centre backs.
