  1. So if the judge deems the Football Creditors Rule to be wrong, then Pompey will pay any creditors the same x in £ as every other creditor. The Football League won't like the integrity of the competition harmed and hand out a huge points deduction for any club that doesn't pay its football creditors in full despite no rule (in doing so they would have to pay all creditors 100% so they don't give preferential treatment). Am I right?
  2. How much did you expect them to be? There are in line with other Premier League clubs and put Saints 10th/11th out of the 20. If your current seat is too expensive to renew, move to a cheaper seat. You've had plenty of time to save up with promotion looking a real possibility for a long time, Saints prices are mid range for the Premier League. You could also pay in instalments and spread the cost. When were attendances down to 10,000? If you can't make a game as you mentioned, why not give your ticket to a friend/relative?
  3. Pompey in administration are still somehow capable of offering better deals than Championship clubs... http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/barnsley-concede-defeat-in-etuhu-race-1-3880397
  4. I know, that was what I was saying and I linked to you predating the newspapers. Who is the out of contract player?

  11. So you think Saints made bids for them with no intention of completing if the bid was accepted?
  12. "Our recent transfer history" since the Liebherr takeover has been as a League One and Championship club - without Premier League revenue streams. Saints are now back in the top flight. As I said earlier, even as a Championship club, Saints were making bids in excess of their record transfer from the Premier League days.
  13. I'll be equally surprised if the £4m (Rory Delap) barrier isn't broken. It appears Saints made bids bigger than that whilst still in the Championship (without Premier League revenue) for Rodriguez and Hooper in January.
  14. It would seem so, the article is littered with errors.
  15. He has a dark side, he was given a 3 month ban in May 2012 for throwing a bottle at a match official in a game vs Real Madrid... [video=youtube;SH3G6R-cwWQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SH3G6R-cwWQ
  16. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-ham-and-southampton-are-both-interested-844210 Might just be agent talk based on that article. An article which looks like it has a video attached for a completely different player called Dani Pacheco from Liverpool. The actual player... [video=youtube;-llBhOLNA2U]
  17. Your first point they have already done. Was announced at the Coventry game on the big screen.
  18. When did I say we did? I just said it was a "442 system", which doesn't really conflict with your description.
  19. People will buy season tickets regardless of early summer signings, no real need to go out of their way to combine the two. When a signing comes it will boost the sales, but tickets can go on sale beforehand.
  20. Despite it being perfectly playable for next season in League One, Pompey whilst in administration are relaying their pitch at the moment!
  21. Saints and Reading had similar prices in 2011/12 in the Championship. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/14367357 Similar again in the Premier League? 22. This is one of the rare occasions where I agree with you.
  23. They will all be on very low wages. Pompey do need some players next season to play games if they sell off all the senior players. Though they should have been using youth products from the start of their problems rather than releasing 18 and 19 year olds and signing Premier League loans and free transfers like they have done recently.
