You'll just have to take my word for it then, because it has happened. -

Adkins uses a number of formations throughout games. In a few, (towards the end of a game) Lambert has been put in central midfield. -

5 of the 14 top scorers in the Championship this season, were in League One last season! Lambert outscored all of them, Barnard outscored all of them except Holt. -

He already has played in midfield in a few Saints games. -

In which games has Harding played left midfield for Saints? It is Dickson that does both, not Harding. -
Not at all! Marlon King - has 13 previous convictions dating back to 1997 - headbutted team mate Dean Windass - sexually assaulted a woman and then punched her in the face - he has received fines, driving bans, community service sentences, a rehabilitation order and orders to pay compensation on convictions including: theft from a person and from a car, criminal damage, and attempting to obtain property by deception; fraudulent use of vehicle licence document, driving without insurance, speeding, drink driving; a wounding incident while playing amateur football, and two cases involving assault of young women rejecting his advances in the Soho area of London - is on the sexual offenders register for the next 7 years. Lee Barnard - is innocent until proven guilty over an alleged event we don't know the details of I don't want Marlon King anywhere near Saints, let alone playing for us!
-
He has been the captain of French international youth teams in the past, which suggests he has something going for him leadership wise. In any case, Jose Fonte would be the obvious next in line in the eventuality of Hammond not playing.
-
Why on earth would you would a character like Marlon King at the club? He is a vile human being and would most likely disrupt the good team spirit Saints have at the club.
-
Shouldn't this discussion really be about Luke Shaw rather than Alex Chamberlain, after all that is what the opening post was about? We have numerous other threads about Chamberlain.
-
By getting promoted to the Premier League asap.

Were Q.P.R. found guilty of tax evasion? No Were Q.P.R. charged with a criminal offence? No Were Q.P.R. found guilty of a criminal offence? No Is there a precedent for clubs to receive points deductions for tax evasion committed by officials at the club? Yes

Saints Player has a 40 minute video of the day. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/20110509/all-angles-covered-saints-3-1-walsall_2264122_2356705/0,,10280~2356705~1,00.html

"Midfield battler" isn't a term I'd use to describe him, he is a very skillful, quick, attacking player with an eye for a good pass. Not exactly in the Paul Wotton "midfield battler" mould... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tLPZOlGw3I http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5bOECgO4FQ A midfield of Lallana and Chamberlain on the wings, Schneiderlin sitting in front of the centre backs and Danns ahead of him would be very good at Championship level.
-
This has been raised numerous times in this thread, but do we know for sure a points deduction is possible if Redknapp/Storrie/Manadric are found guilty?
-
Not in any interview I remember seeing. Do you have a link to this interview?

Hammond isn't a left sided player, why are you getting rid of Barnard (he isn't out of contract, just has an upcoming court case - innocent until proven guilty), Forte also isn't out of contract and was only signed in January so no chance he will be going anywhere. I like how N'Guessan has become Scottish! -
Where have you got that from? No mention of it from Saints or Oldham... http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2323576,00.html http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/page/NewsUpdate/0,,10337~2323535,00.html Even Dale says in his interview on the day he signed... "as far as I know it is just a loan at the moment"

Exactly. Everyone is saying Gobern should go, but he has only just turned 20 and is a member of the 1st team squad and has been getting game time for Saints. Other people his age at Saints are with Martin Hunter's development squad. Ryan Doble for example hasn't played for Saints, yet he was given a new deal until the end of next season. I'd be very surprised if Oscar isn't offered a new deal. -
It hasn't been mentioned unofficially either.
-
40 minute video and lots of behind the scenes stuff. Saints Player really is good value for money.
-
Don't most channels and publications just switch between Southampton and Portsmouth all the time? Which to be fair makes sense.
-
Arsenal can't just pluck him for a compensation fee from us in any case. Luke signed a 3 year professional deal with Saints in December 2010.
-
Jack Stephens from Plymouth Argyle Theo Walcott from Swindon Town Adam Lallana from Bournemouth etc etc Every club does it.
-
Proof Paul Jones does it doggy style?
