Bit of a random one, but does anyone know if Saints player or the Ipswich one work on a phone (in particular an I-phone)? I've had to come away to Holland with work and in the rush to get here at short notice managed to forget my laptop charger cable. However I've got my phone and hotel wi-fi - will I be able to listen in on this 2mo? (appologies mods if you feel this should be in the tech board - pls move as you see fit) Thanks in advance! OOO

Mate of mine just txt me to ask why we don't have the "Recarro" style seats in the "dugouts" at SMS but instead have normal seats with "Bench" written on them. Now as far as I know they've always been like this, but its not something I have ever thought about. Guessing he's seen it on the highlights on BBC. Anyone got any idea why we haven't gone down the "posher seats on the bench" route? (He also asked about non-electronic advertising boards - You might guess he is a premiership side fan)

I was talking to the San Francisco harbour pilot when arriving there on a ship a few years ago. Turns out he was from Southampton and a Saints fan. He has some quite strong anti-Lowe thoughts to share as we were putting the ship alongside the berth.

The whole stripes with the red horizontal stripe might not be bad. Remember the flybe shirt with the black on the top of the sleeves. Often thought it would have looked better with a red stripe across the middle - effectivly giving a red cross on the front of the shirt. Very St George's cross esq. In other words reverse the red and white on this one.
