Was talking to some blokes as we walked out the Kingsland today who seemed to think a Maynard deal was already done. Reckon we could do with a RM, Striker and maybe another central defender on loan (if Jose or Jos get injured for a long time can Martin step up? Cork is wasted there as well.) On another note what's the keeping prospects in the youth team like - not asking just cos of Barts performance today. Just wondering.

I only make it to a handful of games these days as most of the time I'm on a ship. Appologies if that makes me a "plastic" or a "JCL" but surprisingly being on the other side of the world or in the middle of the high seas, does prevent me attending more games.

I'm thinking about getting one as they are proving to be quite handy at work. I will also be using it when I'm not at work and so was wondering if you need one with 3G as well as wi-fi? Someone mentioned to me that you can connect it to your phone/phone account with O2 and access it via hotspot? Has anyone any views/experience on this? Cheers OOO

I used Steam when it first came out with FM. And for some reason everytime I wanted to play FM, Steam would kick in and want internet access to do various things. Had to delete it and re-install without steam. Going to be a bugger on a ship with a stupidly slow internet connection to activate the damn thing. Will it be a one off thing or is it going to keep asking for internet access?

Sadly not!! However it is now sort of working. If you are following it on the football league app you'll be 5mins into the game at the mo!

Has anyone tried using the football league app today? Keeps telling me to come back when the game kicks off?

Wasn't D'urso the Ref for the 2nd leg of the playoffs at Pride Park? Don't remember him being that bad that night. Or at least nothing that sticks to mind.

This is a fantastic result!!! I think most on here would have taken a draw before and to score 5 away from home is pretty unbelievable! If we keep doing what we are doing now then who knows how far up this league we can finish. I'm sti not convinced we'll go up (mainly as i can't believe we have started this well) but will gladly have it thrown back at me in may. Nigel you are doing wonders at this club, Nicola is backing him and I just hope St Marcus was looking down on that team tonight camera in hand and a huge smile on his face.

I don't expect Connolly to be available for a huge chunk of the season and so as good as he is I do feel we need another striker. Also feel we need a CB as seaborne and Martin (again doing well now) don't look like a solution at the moment.
