2nd Practice complete and Webber heads Alonso and Hamilton. Not much in it though. We could be in for a good race!! Looking at the track (though I've not seen much of it) it does look like it could provide some excitement. Dirt and dust could prove to be a problem as there seems to be quite a lot of it about on the "moonscape" that surrounds the asphalt. Here's hoping for a McLaren 1-2!! (Though I can't see it happening) OOO

Used to use the one at richmond house. Not too bad a walk distance wise. Now it varies.

Having been sat with the home lot today can def say they hate rickie lambert! We were poor today and looked very unlikely to score. They jst seemed to get men behind the ball the whole time. 11 mins injury time seemed to drag on and on! Ricky concussed according to local radio. Credit to the travelling fans. Middle of the Atlantic or middle of the Pacific are probably the most remote for me. But again using satellite communications it's not that impressive these days as it once might have been. Occaisionally if I am very bored on watch I might try picking up world service for the results. There was a Kenyan West Brom fan who would be on most weeks giving his views who was always quite entertaining. Not sure if he still turns up though.

I'm in the States again today and can confirm that no-one over here thinks that Bob Bradley (USA boss) will be taking the job. In fact having asked at least 3 Americans in a bar none of them had any thoughts on the subject. I did ask a Lieutenant Kev of the NYPD a couple of days ago. He suggested David Beckham.
