Always had a feeling KWP would be off so not really a surprise. I can’t see us getting anything like 25M for him, not with only a year left on his contract. Reckon it’ll be more like 15M. Japanese lad sounds decent though.

Yeah, I mean I like a lot of Green stuff but then I also like Nige. I mean, he's one of us isn't he? A proper man of the people who tells it like it is, understands "our" culture and not afraid to shake up the establishment. He doesn't use the word footy either and that's a big plus point.

I did one of those "Who should you vote for" questionnaires the other day and apparently I'm 60% Green, 20% Lib Dem and 20% Labour. Not really surprising though as individually there's a load of Green policies that I like but put them all together and they'd crash the economy quicker than you can say Liz Truss. I'm still undecided though - it's a toss up between Greens and Reform for me.

We've been linked with Karsdorp before, file this under lazy agent trying to drum up interest.

You're wasted on here Whelk. You should be out campaigning and going door-to-door.

How about we just wait and see? This thing is on an absolute knife edge and I can't call it either way.

I see the Spanish contingent in Lepe have got a flag at the game. Fair play

Different thing Whelk, you're confusing raising awareness with changing peoples minds. -

Well if, as you think, the idea is publicity/raise awareness then they really shouldn't bother. Everyone and their dog is aware of climate change and the manmade drivers behind it. It's akin to change your profile pic on facebook and thinking you've made a difference to child poverty. Least Swampy had a concrete aim in mind (no pun intended) rather than, the very-fucking-millennial, raising awareness. -

Yep, all about publicity. Up till they started doing their thing I had no idea there was a link between oil and climate change so fair play to them. Anyway, I'm off to tar and feather Nelsons Column to raise awareness about the relentless march of time. -
Apparently Brentford were sniffing round Welington last summer and Sao Paolo wanted 19M euros for him. That scouting report didn’t sound that promising so might just be an ambitious agent trying to talk him up a bit

I think you've called everyone on Saintsweb a thick cunt at some point or another 😉

Do you think there will ever be a boy that can swim faster than a shark?

Have the Tories got anything other than the fabricated tax rises of Labour? Fuck me it’s tedious and coming from a party that’s given us the highest tax burden we’ve ever had, promised a high wage economy and then protested against wage increases, it’s hypocritical. Paraphrasing Alexie Sayle, Least you know where you are with the Tories, yeah, you’re fucked.

Very sad news and really sorry for your loss Noodles. Rest in peace Elijah.

Is Nigel now living in fantasy land?

I dunno, can write off the Man City game but Everton and Leicester away are (or should be winnable) and title race could be over by the last game with Arsenal.

So far he's been linked with Villa, Man Utd, West Ham, Leicester, Newcastle, Leverkusen and Roma. Lad will be pissed off if he turns up at us or Leicester.

That's not too bad, I really like just over half of it. -

Pretty sure that if you asked most clubs they'd say they would prefer to get players in early. I imagine it's probably possible to get players in early too, they may not be the ones you really want though.

Was listening to a pollster yesterday who was saying that 45% of people haven't decided who to vote for yet. Was either on Times Radio or Newsagents podcast. He did clarify that many of them have decided who they're NOT going to vote for but still goes to show that there's plenty more still to play for.
