Using a translator gives you time to think about your reply and someone else to blame if it comes out wrong. I did the same at my wedding in Budapest when another person translated for me. Its a very good technique. Ow and by the way I have spoken to him in English. All training sessions are predominantly in English although other languages could also be heard.

Agreed (although I think generally buying a good striker is harder than a defender or midfielder.)

For me defensive midfield is a key area in our system of pressing. This is the engine room and Cork and Morgan need help in this department. I think Wanyama was essential. I also agree that a striker appears essential to give us a top ten finish (I also question whether RL really fits the system that we play), but everyone is after a good striker and negotiations will be complicated and probably will go to deadline day for various reasons.

I disagree this is one of the key areas in our team in a long season. Strength in depth is essential

What is noticeable with Wanyama is that he is not yet Schneiderlin/Cork fit, but that will come and he is a fabulous addition to our squad

You cannot make this judgement after only a few friendlies give it a little more time. A little improvement in the Premier costs alot of money and don't underestimate how good Cork is.
