Make no mistake I'm loving my footie at the mo but I also want us sat back at the top table. Who knows with the current owner etc we may just have more about us this time. Was a really good interview IMO - loved his response when asked about how the training facilities were being funded - basically said yes whem asked if it was coming out of ML's pocket. Also said it was more about the academy - loving this new regime, absolutly loving it!

Agreed - Mods if you please......

I my humble opinion I think Saints play better when playing at a high tempo. Yesterday especially in the first half Tranmere did all they could to disrupt that - in effect they slowed the game to a snails pace took all the time in the world at throw ins etc. If onw was fouled they went down and made a meal of it. I think that effected us more than AL coming inside to collect the ball. Granted Antonio wasn't at his best but as I've posted elsewhere I give more credit to Tranmere for that, kept very tight on him and in the main doubled up.

I think this blog should become a sticky IMO. Good read and LOL.
