Exactly this.
Anyone calling for Adkins head, or generally wetting themselves needs to beltthe**** up.
.....however, if we've not won in the next 2 games I'll be joining you with the pitchforks and torches.
Well I fully intend on cracking one out to the future Queen. Don't think she's that special, but it's something to tell the kids about in a few years.
Now, if someone can post a link.....
The performance is more important than the result. As long as we play at or above the level vs. the Manc clubs I'm happy.
Take the game in isolation and we'd all be happy with a cracking display and narrow loss v. Arse.
Next match is MASSIVE however.
That's the way to do it (but with Lee instead of Frazer). Really think careful use of impact players, including using Rickie as we did at City, will cause a lot of problems for 'bigger' teams this season.
Still reckon a 2-4 loss here though.
Looks like a 12 year old boy in the film.
And not a sexy one.
View this movie as a cheesy 'B' movie cheese fest and it's still barely passable.
Liam must be running out of wonga.
This could be a really good game.
If we play as well as we can do then it should be great entertainment. One for the loss column I reckon, but a chance for Saints to impress people and continue up the learning curve.
2-4 loss in a cracking match.
Given our signings I have begun to wonder if 'The Southampton Way' is simply to try and win games about 5-3.
Hell yeah, get him on the bus: he can take De Ridders place on the bench.
We're a good team - we won't go down: we will keep improving.
Proud of the performance.
Adkins is a very good manager, but made mistakes today.
So many positives! Onwards and upwards.
