I don't want him sacked I want him to have a better squad and staff to give him a chance to succeed. I want him to be more flexible in team formation though and try to fit in the players he has available. I want him to change shape when we are failing. I'll use Spurs again battered for 25 mins yet after halftime he put out same players in same formation. If we are sticking with him as Reed says so then he needs better players simple really. Trouble is it's fine picking a manager that is good with academy but we do not breed players in positions we are desperate for look across ages and last few years when did we have a big forward ? Yep totally agree I watched Boufal the other week he beat the player looked up 1 in the box checked back played 1-2 we then had 1 in box surrounded by 6 defenders. Hmm we are one injury away from a Yoshida/Stephens centre back line - think bringing in as well would make sense to me knowing VVD will certainly be gone in the summer. Cant see why we risk losing this player. Can't see Fonte being picked again at the moment from whats coming from Puel. But its not my money....well apart from ST :-) PS just thought we also have Gardos I suppose.
