Perraud gets a pass on that for me. Salisu get's sucked right, Perraud see's it and goes over to cover and visibly passes Porro onto Moi.......who does fuck all about it. That was Moi not tracking back when he had a man passed onto him.

One can only imagine that this is a grand masterplan to hang on for 60 mins and then bring on Sulemana and Chaz once Spurs get tired. Not the worst plan in the world when you are a defeatist and if you can guarantee we'll hang on for 60 mins, which is a bit optimistic i'd say.

3-0, Adams hat-trick with 3 scuffed shots at Forster's feet.

In Selles I trust........until Diallo fooks it up, upon which I will slate him.
-
Agree with the ref on all 3 calls but I think it did marginally hit ABK's arm. I think he got away with it because he slipped.
-
Not sure about that, I think she's lost a bit of pace

Aside from one player, where I'm slightly leaning towards someone else, yeah this is it. More important, the formation and the 3 guys you have in the middle. If we want to win games those are the 3 players in the middle I think we need. Sulemana - I can already see he is a luxury player but he has to play wide, and I did see he can work back today. I can't see a player like him ever working through the middle, as he was today. ....And for the love of God, when we get the chance out wide let's please get some quality balls into the box. We have a guy who is rumoured to be mustard at converting those chances but we'll never find out it we don't play to those strengths. We've had plenty of options to do so in the last 2 games (at least) but we've either done something else pointless or the quality has been shocking and difficult to understand (based on the fact that I'm pretty sure the players I used to play with in a lower standard of football could do it)

I respectfully disagree. I've never seen what I consider our best team/formation on the pitch at the same time.

The management of our club have taken a lot of flak lately, Rasmus Ankersen especially. Everyone knows he dropped the ball with NJ but the villification has, in my opinion, been over the top. RA has a good record of making good decisions over his football career. He made a mistake, he prolonged the mistake and we are where we are. Does anyone doubt he has our best interest at heart? I don't. I don't know if this appointment of Selles is an RA decision but if it is he's nailed this one. Continuity, stability.........that is precisely what we need right now and if, in the end, it turns out Ruben Selles was not the man to take us forward (I believe he is, even after this one Chelsea game) then I will still believe that this decision was the right decision for our club in the here and now. So credit where it's due. NJ was a mistake, fix it and move on, well done for having learnt from it.

Heh! Interestingingly enough that's the 26th time he's worn moulded studs this season. MLG with a microphone but total legend, yes sir he certainly was. My favourite commentator of all time.
-
Statistically, Selles matches the best win ratio in Europe.

I think Bree is getting a bum rap due to the NJ connection. I think he’s looked OK considering he’s still adjusting. I wouldn’t put him in front of KWP by any means but I’m not half as horrified to see him in the lineup compared to Janny B, Lyanco, Diallo and Moi.
-
I think he tried his best. I hope, for his sake, that he hits up the media training fior his next position.
-
What the fcuk did he say at half time? "Good half lads, great intensity and imagination. Do you mind playing like you've never kicked a ball before in the 2nd half and if you can defend like France in WWII that'd be grand."

If it's good enough for Kenny Rogers it's good enough for me, and no one is more eloquent than Ken.

Two yesses. I would have done 4 if I could but not 5.
-
OK I'm in. Get rid, he clearly hasn't got a clue and the players look lost.
-
He should be more intelligent with his style of communication but no, he didn't create it, we did. Check out the vote on 'Do you want Jones as our manager' before we'd even kicked a ball under him. The comments there were not positive and whether they will be proven to be true or not, it's pretty toxic to come out with that stuff before he's even started with us, based on the fact he came from Luton and failed at Stoke.
-
I’ve been very disappointed with his tactics and selections thus far but I’m still giving him a chance, and actually I’m wiping his slate clean, but now there are no excuses to be had from him. I want to see what he does over the next 3 or 4 games before I jump on the Jones Out wagon.
-
He's not doing himself any favours sticking his finger up his nose every 5 seconds either. He can't even score a bogey.

Baz KWP ABK CC RP Lav JWP Charly Sully Orsic Onuacho I have actually seen both Sully and Onuacho play but it was a while back and I can't honestly remember thinking TCDAJFU but I'm going to assume they've both developed. I kinda deduct points for anyone playing in the Danish Superliga based on the fact it's a bit 'sedate'. Edozie gets in when he figures out his end product.

Poor committment. I take an empty bag home expressly for the purpose of filling it with crisps, and would consider myself expert on a par with a native. I've also been known to chuck a couple of lumps of cheese in there (had to mention that otherwise this post would have been weird in the transfer thread). Walkers Marmite Roast Beef Monster Munch Any Cheddar that can walk by itself.

Not gonna work. His omnipresence will see him caught offside every time.
