Going to start a new game with the patch, not sure who to play as. I quite fancy another CCC or League one club maybe one with a little bit of money to start with though. Anyone know if the stats have been changed much? hopefully Hugo and Mascio are still **** hot.

I really wouldn't bet against Benitez in a European tie. I'd like to know how many European games he's lost outside of the group stages, i reckon it's under 5.

Betting against Benitez in Europe is a fools game.

Not really a traditional 4-4-2, James is supplying all the width down the right and on Saturday he must have put in about 15 crosses, I don't think Thomas would be suited to playing RB like that. With a proper winger infront of him he would be fine but they way we're playing is very narrow down the right.

John and Mcgoldrick where never partnered together though. John never got a fair chance this season. Saga would have made a difference if we played 4-4-2 all season, I don't really think he's going to do much of a job in a 4-5-1 like we had played until recently.

I would probably keep it the same on Saturday although playing Schniederlin inside right might be an idea. Would give James more protection and give us a bit more bite in midfield.

I'm not sure Thomas would work at right back with our current system. If we where to change to a proper old fashioned 4-4-2 then he would be our best option there. Will be good cover when he's fit again, we don't have many options at rb or cb.
