Very experienced midfielder still doing the job for Dortmund...would be cheap.

https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-leeds-and-burnley-race-to-sign-3m-valued-murphy-amid-contract-reveal/ Oh noes...we may miss out.

We had a case a few years back...our futsal team was in a league where Perth Glory a side with a number of their woman's team. They were competitive but still beat them twice, think they finished 3rd in the league. We came top but lost the 'grand final' to the team in second...still bothers me now as we were about 5 points clear of them. Stupid Aussie format.

Overseas fan probably picked up 'supporting' them from when Freddie Ljundberg was playing for them, could confuse him with the red and white kits and then roll out Jakobsson & Ostlund to tempt him in. Could also set up a fan TV webpage and have some fans shout out 'Blud' & 'Fam' many times.

Villa really have had a shite 2nd half of the season almost as bad as us it seems.

1.8bn bid rejected apparently...could get us for 200m and have a field day!

I only saw on a small screen but did the Newcastle player put his foot down on the City defenders foot and get a pen?

For a loan? Seems excessive!

Leicester dont seem short of options up top though.

Need more than that to succeed at this level...maybe he isn't putting in the effort at training? Maybe he didn't buy Ralph a Birthday cake...who knows.

Approaching final year of contract...so should be cheapish then just like us flogging ings?

Plus...those other two play with much better players around them and I would image create more chances and opportunities.

Stumbled across these videos this morning, not sure how accurate they are but goes to show how much we spend compare to other top league clubs over the year in both fees and wages : https://www.facebook.com/566760030037879/videos/665600684303135 https://www.facebook.com/566760030037879/videos/2785304315034560 Will need a FB account to watch I would guess. Interesting to note Sunderland & Pompey top 7 for wages spent per point compared to where they are now.

Probably has a tasty goal bonus which would help.

GG. Thanks for the effort down the years RB! Ok...whos coming in then

ignore me...you meant 'he' not 'we'...

last night?

Good chance to get two wins on the bounce. Would start Salisu and Tella for Minamino & Bednerek. Would be typical for us to finish on 4 wins on the bounce and think what it could have been this season........

image going from Chinese to Mexican owners.........would be the Saints way.

Could do with a clone of him to fill another midfielder spot and we would be cooking with gas. Top player and a bargain looking at the price paid. Shows there are good players for the right price ....

He will be backup to Tierney who is a better wing back by miles if they sign him. Think they have been using Saka as back up but would prefer him up the pitch a lot more.

If he leaves I just hope it is to one of the biggies like Utd/Liverpool and not to someone like WHU, Leicester or Everton. That would be a kick in the face for me.
