Just completed my first week of losing weight after blowing up over Dec...basically a month of drinking and eating putting on kilos n kilos. Start weight: 100.9 kilos After my first week I'm at 97.3 kilos. Just using a site called sparkpeople to give me a rough idea of my intake and a guide of the amounts to eat...combined with running 3 times a week with a session of indoor footie. Will get harder to shift weight I know...the first few weeks results are always good.

Looks like JR just wanted to poke the ball to GR and avoid the tackle to me. He didn't roll about on the floor, appeal or even look at the ref. Not his fault it was given as a penalty.

Luckily Benteke is poor....

I'm putting a wedge on a Chelsea win...they are on fire and we never seem to turn up against the big boys away from SMS..... If I lose my money I'll be well happy
