Finally acquired a copy. Match day looks better. First game v Arsenal reserves was a comfy 4-1 win. Just signed one player so far - Esteban Paredes. Looks decent enough for the championship. Think a centreback or GK wont go amiss either. Chaplow..12 stamina and 9 strength lol

never saw the appeal in an Idiot abroad. I think that if you said to any British person to go to somewhere and just be whingy, negative and hate the place a lot of us could do it as good/bad as this Pilkington chap. Its something as a nation we do well. A few of the Aussies I've spoke to who have seen it just comment 'its just a show about a whingin' pom'...which it is. these are definately the 'easier' set of away games...means we will lose all 3. supporting saints for many many years still has this effect on my judgement unfortunately.

WOW - loved watching that. We didnt buckle after their spell of pressure too which was great to see. Just had a quick look at Boro forums...they are pretty depressed at how easy we made the game.
