TGI's JD Sauce... 1 Bulb of garlic 1 tsp olive oil 2/3 Cup of Water 1 Cup Pineapple Juice 1/4 Cup of Terriyaki Sauce (recipe calls for Kikkoman's which I just happened to have in but any will do) 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 1/3 Cups of Brown Sugar 3 tsp Lemon Juice 3 tsp minced onion 1 tsp Jack Daniels Whisky 1 tsp crushed pineapple 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper. If you dont have a fresh garlic bulb use a large tsp of easy chopped garlic Cayenne pepper can be replaced by chilli powder if you want too. Cut top and tail off garlic bulb, remove some of the outer layer but stay together and roast in olive oil for 1 hour. Remove and cool so that you can handle it. Or use the large tsp of lazy chopped garlic. Combine, water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce nd brown sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat. Sir occasionally unitl mixture boils, then reduce heat to simmer. Add remaining ingredients to the pan and stir Squeeze out two tsp of garlic (if not using lazy) Let simmer for 35 -45 mins or until sauce has reduced by 1/2 and is syrupy. (This actually thickens considerably when cool, you can then put the rest in a pot and put it in the freezer) Use as you like, if adding to grilled meat, add at the end because the high sugar content could make it burn. enjoy

Do you need to be connected to the tinternet to play FM09? Had a power cut earlier, and because the router was switched off, Steam could not connect to the server and I couldnt play it?! Bit ghey if this is the case as I wanna play on a flight im taking soon! Any ideas? Im sure there must be a way to play it 'offline'?

I have had a sh!tty cold for the best part of a week now and have been to work every day. People are moaning about catching it which is fair enough and I do feel guilty being there a little, but with my boss being my dad, I dont wanna take the p!ss and I am not bed ridden so feel I should be at work.

Not nativity related, but I once played a spastic in a wheelchair for my GCSE Drama coursework. T'was an oscar winning performance. I said nothing, just made some nerrrr noises here and there for effect. Teacher said the role was not really fulfilling my potential though
