On android I use a free app that displays the current channels in use and suggests which channel to set you router at so I assume there will be something similar for iPhone. Though there are 12 channels they do overlap slightly (i.e. Your channel 6 will interfere with your neighbours channel 7 (and to a lesser extent when there is a gap of 2)) so don't just shift by one.

Then what to do for the likely mass attack of nutters? For safety they will almost certainly need a machine gun post overlooking the school. Then what happens if the nutters buy a second hand tank? I suppose the only thing is that he may be inclined to agree different valuations depending on what the area is used for. He might say give a lower value with a commitment to pay more if redeveloped if used for a football club compared to a single larger value if just being sold for development? Or maybe not!

It's a tricky one. Not sure the case is now covering at all the original point as does it matter what price the stadium is valued at if they have not got anyone with the money to buy it? In this case if the judges goes for the sympathy route then he may well agree with Chainrai to the change in admin so that the club can continue as if left with PKF and no obvious sale then they could go pop earlier. May all depend on whether the trust have managed to get another chancer in to buy fatpipes for the 2.75 million or not.
