I do not believe it is a feasible option to stay in the EU for trade only purposed and drop all the other parts of what being an EU member entails so it is an infeasible solution thus I did not consider it no. We have SIGNED up to a number of agreements. To try and get all the other parties to agree to let us leave or renegotiate all the important ones is incredibly unlikely. It could be considered that we are trying to gain an unfair advantage by trading within the EU while abandoning legislation such as the maximum number of hours worked etc. Why would other countries allow us to do that? No I think the only option are 'In, as we are' or 'Out'.

But to be a fair vote the voters have to have unbiased information on europe on which to base their decision and that is sadly not forthcoming in this country. Instead we have various groups such as the papers like the mail and the express and to a lesser extent the sun that have attempted to drive an opinion of europe by at most lying about and at least misrepresenting many european policies (take for example the scare story that the south of england was to merge with the north of france when in fact it was just a cooperation zone that had been going on for ages without any voices being raised). This has lead to a very negative opinion of europe which has not be countered by opposite opinions as the main parties think, I suspect, that arguing against these stories is counter productive for their chances of election. The end result is that the a large proportion of public just do not have a balanced view of what being in europe entails. This gives rise to popularist anti-european parties such as UKIP. I believe that if the public were given a less bias view of the advantages of the EU against what would happen if we were to leave that they would vote to stay but given the difficulty in gaining a level playing field I would rather we continued in rather that the uncertainly of leaving based on the rantings of the leader writers of the Mail and Express.

Funnily that's how I would describe UKIP.

If its just about the sale of cards from abroad why did the ECJ go on about copyright? Surely if the foreign company have licenced the video why would the pub need permission?

So has there been any clarification about what they intend to do with their academy? Reading comment 19 on this news article http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/great-matches/cotterill_backs_bright_academy_future_1_3076310 Its sounds like things have got better without this investment so possibly giving them the option of claiming credit for the improvement without actually having to invest anything.

2 minutes of highlights now on the BBC website. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15143189.stm

The obvious answer is that we know they did not do full due diligence is that ended up buying you.

I think something must be getting through as its one of the first times he has not claimed they deserved to win.

To be fair they did actually manage some shots on target this week!

Luckily for you its likely that they may only try for the ban in south korea initially so you will be free to pay a small fortune for a new iphone that is a bit slimmer and a bit faster than the current one. But hopefully they will have fixed their reception problems this time so that's probably another major selling point Also with luck they will have fixed their reliability issues so they don't have to constantly replace phones

All assuming Samsung don't get it blocked from sale due to patent infringement.

some details here: http://www.dectech.org/football/seasonend_overall.php Has the top 3 as per the article but does not on that site, as far as I can see, have the overall promotion chances. oh and talking of pecentages: '75% of all quotes on the internet are made up' - Abraham Lincoln

Main advantage is if you travel a lot that: a) you can get books without paying extra for local wifi b) Kindle includes basic browser so you can do things like check email, confirm flights from it at no extra cost (most of the extra you pay for the 3g is so you can have worldwide 3g access without paying more than the purchase price).

So they have split. It's not like its the end of the world as we know it.

Probably Stoke so as to set a new record number of current and ex saints playing in the same match.

No I mean the value of the land has not started to decrease which appears to have been your initial point, or is that too long ago for you to remember? Also if it does start to decrease to the point where it would not be able to cover the cost of the mortgage he would have either the option of selling at a loss or waiting for the situation to change. Your later statements are all 'can' and 'could' with no indication of 'would'. If the club are finally bled dry by russians and ceases to trade the land could be worth more in terms of the whole area being redeveloped. Obviously if the russians approach gaddy with a cash up front decent offer for the land then he (and the bank) may well take it but nothing they have done so far indicates that this is likely to happen.

How is it losing value every day? Surely he can wait for it all go pair shaped at pompey and then sell at a profit to tesco's? According to the article here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1243828/Do-men-control-Portsmouth-want-football-club-superstore.html most of the land is mortgaged to Barclay's (and one bit to Coutt's) so if he did sell he would have to use most/all of the money that he got from the sale to pay off the mortgages I assume? Question is what did he do with the money he got from taking out the mortgages and is that making him enough to cover the cost of supporting the mortgages? I assume he is getting some income from the land from rent and parking fee's etc. Also the article notes that none of the land can be sold without the agreement of the bank so not only would they have to negotiate with Gaydamak but also get the bank to approve any sale.

Depends in part on the length of your surname. If you have a long surname you want a fairly short first name. Our surname is fairly long so went for Sam for our son. Also a good name for shouting loud when he is playing up!

meanwhile if this evenings match between Ipswich and Coventry ends in a draw pompey would be down to 20th. Whatever happens they will sink to at least 19th.

Looks to me in this case like the perfect storm in 3 parts: Weather looked grim Sunday, so many had other commitments Man U v Chelsea game on at 4. Given these I don't think too much should be read into yesterdays attendance.

Indeed. I like many others are all for equal opportunities and the like but from his reading of the game it appears he may be several million photoreceptors short of working eyeballs. Fully expect some 'except for guide dog' notices to be going up in their offices soon.
