Falcao scored goals aplenty in Spain and destroyed teams practically on his own in their UEFA cup run. He scored from everywhere and is an incredibly brave player. His main problem is the injuries he has had. Falcao's stock could not have been higher here when he went to Monaco. He would have gone to Real if Atletic would have sold him to them. Bearing in mind the strength of the Spanish league at the moment they have to be respected. That said Messi and Ronald would get nowhere near 50 goals a season in England as you said.

No-one else think this story is a bit weird? Group of lads prepare masks and then call a journalist of a national paper to come and take photos of them outside the pub. The story being then about how bad they are, being disrespectful about rape... Also the mask is the same photo that The Mirror shows lower down in the article. Personally am a bit worried that if Spurs dont get Morgan they will go after VW. On the whole tho am amazed at the attitude being shown by these players. Morgan should remember that if there is any loyalty to be shown on his behalf it should be to the club he has represented for so long as opposed to a manager he played for for just over a season.

The bloke who told me that is one of the youth team coaches at Barca and knows MP and the coaches from the Espanol connection...that is what he told me about a month ago..but he did say that the nature of what he has been asked to achieve has changed various times this season which has added some uncertainty from Mps point of view... it may all be bo llocks but am just passing on what i have been told... my mate seemed certain that he would be continuing at Saints for the time being unless he got an offer from a top club...

I have heard that he is happy at Saints and that the contract is already to go ...just depends on how long its extended by ...depending on if we got into Europe or not.

My Italian mates here told me that one of the reasons the Roma fans hate him is because he used to drive round in a car done out in the colours of the Argentina flag with pictures of Maradona on the doors.He is also supposed to be a disruptive influence. However they all agreed that he is a top quality striker and def one of the main men going into next years World Cup.They cant understand why he came to Saints when he couldve got a bigger club (in their eyes).
