Whatever anyone might think of his positioning and performances you can bet your boots that this is the way that he has been coached. He’s not some kid that your mate has brought along to play between the posts.

You’re absolutely right WSS and we all (most) understand quite clearly what is meant by share as a proportion of total GDP. But this is not the same thing as share of a market, for example, where the gross total is limited. it is not a quantity that is ‘shared’ out. I cannot see why anybody bothers to calculate such figures. To try to compare such a ‘share’ from one year to the next is a fool’s errand.
