  1. Watching Saints then.
  2. If we revoke then we don't actually leave and remain on the current terms. Politically we would have lost a lot of influence and respect.
  3. If you’re no good at what you do you’re obviously in the wrong job. I sell bespoke electronic systems and I don’t have any problems. And I sell into France and Germany. Perhaps they just don’t like you?
  4. We shall soon find out. Throughout the country there are more remain voters than leavers.
  5. You're assuming that a majority of the electorate want to elect a Leave candidate.
  6. Membership of the Single Market is worth much more than our annual contributions, about twice as much, so when/if we leave we shall have even less revenue to splurge. The £39bn figure is now down to about £33bn as a result of our extensions and would be spread over many years. Soon it won't be worth leaving
  7. The 'flip' was outlawed for free kicks because it wasn't a true kick, you basically lifted the ball up into the air with your toes. If IFAB have said it's OK then fair enough but I don't really see the point of it all. Why not just let the keeper pick up the ball?
  8. That sounds like the Withdrawal Agreement. It would take a lot more than two years to negotiate a trade agreement. We might just as well Remain.
  9. Link is broken for me
  10. No, more than half the country. Just make sure that once it all goes tîts up you’ll be walking around with T-shirt saying “Blame me, I voted for this shît”
  11. LOL Could be worse. At first sight I read that as impotence.
  12. From what I have read revoking is unilateral provided that it is decide within our usual constitutional procedures. Wasn’t that the judgement of the European Court? ID cards are only necessary as part of the migration restrictions that would be politically necessary following a Tory backtrack.
  13. Small or big ones? (I didn't read the rest)
  14. If we revoke then we keep these opt outs. Personally I have no problem with Schengen but we would need to introduce ID cards and start to enforce the already existing limits on the movement of EU citizens. I have always been in favour of the Euro and it would open up a new range of selling opportunities. I regard it as one big missed opportunity. We've got a good deal at the moment. I can't imagine a better one. Would I be in favour of joining under higher costs? Yes I would, but it should be remembered that there are valid reasons for our reduced contributions.
  15. Don't you think that people will die in Northern Ireland?
  16. Every man has his price and they don't come much cheaper than me
  17. They were all conned and used for personal political ambitions. Nobody likes to admit to being conned or used so they pretend that this is what they wanted all along.
  18. Friday night football is just awful and if it's Monday night my grandson can't come with me because it's school next day.
  19. You obviously didn't read what I wrote. Besides, more people voted in the 1992 General Election. Another Brexit myth demolished.
  20. "Why not use the younger..." Because they're not as effective as Long in that role.
  21. Thanks. I like Lighthouse and I hope that he (she?) Took it in the spirit that I intended.
  22. Any hope that Stephens’s injury would keep him out for the season?
