  1. Been there, done that. Well, perhaps not the hideous bit.
  2. It's all here: http://www.drive-alive.co.uk/fuel_prices_europe.html
  3. This bit is very important: don't ignore it.
  4. West Ham?
  5. You're not alone. He also has a tendency to spill the ball back into the danger area. He also failed to hold on to an earlier shot which also led to a goal, fortunately ruled offside. We don't see opposition keepers making these sorts of mistakes.
  6. Is there anything on satellite radio?
  7. I was hoping for better, to be honest.
  8. Not quite. There is a date after which 5 cards do not give rise to a suspension, but they still count towards the next threshold which is 10 cards before some later date, the details of which escape me at the moment.
  9. Where's the damp coming from? Too many baths?
  10. I think we should be looking forwards, not backwards.
  11. I mention it because there was a report at the time in the Daily Mail (so it must be true ) that Lowe had sent a text to Clive Woodward along the lines of 'Clive, please ask Harry why he isn't playing the youngsters more' and he had also 'accidentally' also sent it to Redknapp.
  12. Wasn't he pressured into it by Lowe?
  13. My ST neighbour saw him in the car park today. Chaplow told him "two more weeks".
  14. How many have you had?
  15. Doesn't that depend upon who's waiting there for you?
  16. It's still there, Law 12. http://www.fifa.com/worldfootball/lawsofthegame/index.html
  17. It's the position of the player receiving that matters, not the direction of the pass. You cannot be offside if, amongst other things, at the time the ball is kicked you are behind the ball, in your own half, not nearer to the goal than the second to last defender, from a throw-in, corner or goal-kick. It doesn't have to be a worm-hole. Rabbit holes, badger setts, sewage pipes are equally as good.
  18. I never clean them. That's not in my job description.
  19. Originally the kick had to be taken from the correct side. The option was introduced 'to save time'.
  20. At Atlanta airport in the 80s they had driverless trains, and may still have them. Originally they had natural sounding announcements but changed them to robotic ones by popular demand.
  21. Christmas. You've reminded me.
  22. Aren't modern transport systems driverless? No wonder.
  23. £7 or £8. If I want them to cut more than one hair it's a bit dearer.
  24. And if you lived in Chichester, for example, would you still have been pleased to be in Southampton?
