Watch afterwards when he's going nuts at the ref, he's just deflecting blame from himself because there's no way he could possibly have seen from his position if the ball had actually gone out or not. He's obviously not familiar with the term "play to the whistle".

I actually watched that game on a stream because my nephew was making his debut for Forest Green, having gone there on loan for the second half of the season. Shrewsbury were awful and didn't seriously threaten the FGR goal until the 94th minute equaliser. How they threw that game away, I will never know.

I disagree slightly. I'm not a big fan of Jones, but we've been largely competitive in recent games but have been hamstrung by not having a striker who actually knows how to kick a football and beat a keeper. It's just ludicrous that the recruitment team have allowed the present situation to unfold over the last season and a half and haven't yet addressed it in this window.

Precisely. I can't bear to watch Che doing a terrible impression of a PL striker ever again. When you don't create many chances, you need someone who can stick them away occasionally instead of completely fucking it up... every single time.
