Minutes before Manning gave the ball away in a dangerous position: 1.
-
Well we stopped him from scoring at SMS a few weeks ago. Actually we didn't, we gift-wrapped him a golden chance to score by leaving him completely unmarked to tap in an easy rebound, but he somehow managed to put it over the bar.
-
If only we could ever get a 6/10 performance from some of them. Would definitely be an improvement.
-
Doesn't matter how depleted their squad is. We'll still find a way to gift them a win anyway. It's what we do best.

If the level of toxicity inside SMS reaches the same point it did against Still in the Preston game, I have no doubt they will shit the bed again and make another knee-jerk sacking to try and save face. Only this time, should it get to that point, all of the fans' anger and vitriol needs to be directed at SR themselves rather than at Eckert. We can't let the useless fuckers squirm out of it again. Their ownership has been one big ego-driven disaster from day one, and I cannot wait for the day they finally fuck off and we can actually start to feel good about our club again. They have sucked every last bit of joy out if supporting SFC. Even during Tonda's purple patch, I couldn't bring myself to really celebrate any of those wins, because deep down I knew it wouldn't last and would only be a matter of time before we reverted to type.

My daughter is currently learning German and has recently come across a number of those entire-sentences-in-a-single-word, for which their language is famous. One such example is backpfeifengesicht, which translates as "the urge to punch someone who desperately deserves it". It should be Rasmus' middle name IMO.

He was building up some form and looking decent before he was cynically taken out against Norwich. I would much rather see him come on as a sub than the completely pointless Fraser.
-
Utter bollocks. Watch the highlights of our recent game at Derby and look at the saves he made. He would have come out and narrowed down the angle to give himself a much better chance of saving it, which is something that Bazunu never does. I would back McCarthy to save that. With Baz you just know it's going in.
-
Oh yes, you're right. I was forgetting 'that' save against Wrexham - the one that's held up by his supporters as evidence that he's really not as shit as everyone else can see he is.
-
For their second goal, I still can't understand why none of our idiot defenders didn't just foul the striker and take one for the team. You'd think they would all know by now that allowing an opposing player through for a one on one against Baz is pretty much guaranteed to be a goal. We're just so soft and naive.

Don't think I can even be bothered to watch. The Tonda bubble has well and truly burst. We've reverted to an even shitter version of Russball, our forwards have forgotten how to score, and our defence is more generous than fucking Santa Claus.
-
In a one on one situation, it's the keeper's singular responsibility to make the goal look as small as possible to the attacking player. Baz does the opposite. He is so slow to come out and close down the angles, and his starting position is always suspect. Combine all that with his total inability to save anything low to his left, and you just know instantly when a player gets through like that we will concede. Every. Single. Time.
-
At this rate I'll be surprised if he even lasts that long. Another fraudulent, cheap option, yes-man appointment by the utterly clueless pricks running the club.
-
Agent Baz.
-
Of course it did. Baz's positioning was dreadful, as usual. However, the way Romeu let the guy past him was pathetic. He's been absolutely shocking since he came back.

And There It Is
-
The fact that a managerless team in the relegation zone have easily nullified us tells you all you need to know.
-
His one way of playing has been found out and now we're back to struggling just as badly as we were under Still. If only someone could have predicted this 🙄
-
What a surprise.
-
Not happening today is it.
-
It's what Sport Republic do.
-
How did he manage to be offside there FFS? He's a completely spent force.
-
It's almost as if appointing him wasn't really the best option.
-
What the fuck Azaz?
-
Have we even had a shot since HT?
