I am a fan of Barnard too. I think you are probably right in your assessment. He needs match time to regain his best form. He would have done the job for us last season if he hadn't had his injuries and possibly the court case hanging over him all season. Leaving is probably the best move for him. Maybe if he went out on loan for a year like Martin, and has a good season we could reassess his situation if he finds his form.

That goal he conceded yesterday was a shocker. We would have won if it wasn't for that. We can't afford to drop cheap points like that in the premier league. I'm pretty sure you are right, he will not even be 3rd choice come the start of the season.

Does anyone really think TF will be our number 2 goalkeeper by the start of the season? I'm hopeful we'll have a new keeper in place before the pre season is over.

Being at St Mary's on April the 28th 2012 after the final whistle, that is the winner for me at the moment JPT final is up there too though. I wasn't born in 76 and Cardiff 2003, despite the brilliant atmosphere, I really didn't enjoy the result. So it was absolutely brilliant to see us at Wembley as Winners!

Stern John, for his goals against Sheffield Utd to keep us up. A player I thought underrated during our premier league years was Simon Charlton, always remember him clearing a last gasp header off the line against Crewe in the Fa cup years ago. We were 3 nil up and cruising, but typically we let them back into the game. All of a sudden it was 3-2 and in the last effort of the match should have been 3-3 but he made a great stop on the line. I think we signed him from Huddersfield and his career here started sluggishly. After a while though his form improved and he was a fairly decent player. Not a world beater by any means but for us at the time, I thought he turned out alright.

I though the Buttner deal was now off? I never really heard of Clyne before Saints showed an interest but from all reports he sounds like he would be an excellent signing for us if we can get him. He is apparently both young and hungry too

The scale of the production looks massive for this film. I think its going to be well worth a watch

I would guess because Martin is on loan we have the option to recall him anytime we want. Bart going without a replacement definitely lined up does seem a little worrying right now though.
