Myself and steve will be making an announcement on monday about our decision to start with a new mod team. This decision was made PRIOR to us being made aware of the the current mods who have now resigned. (however, we have been told by two of them that they had decided to resign anyway)

The updates are pushed to us "as and when", my code checks every 20 seconds for an update, and your browser updates every 20 seconds, however these arent the SAME 20 seconds, just depends when you load the page. So the page could update on the server at 00, 20 and 40 seconds, but your browser at 01, 21 and 41, meaning it could be up to 40 seconds behind. Add to this the face the feed is about 30 seconds behind live, it basically means you are no more than 1 minute behind the live action

yeah, known bug (if you check the rest of the thread). It basically means an event has happened ive not yet written code for. For example bookings or stats updates for the game. So instead, it just repeats the last event.

Apologies if my choice of words were wrong. Subscription pays for full access to the forum. Non-subscribers have limited access. Everyone, whether they subscribe or not, has the same level of access to other parts of the website

Nope, not at all. As ive just pointed out on another thread, the subscriptions fees people pay are for the improved access to the forum. The front end of the site is maintained as and when steve has time.

Yes, I get this is a joke, but worth perhaps pointing out the subscriptions pay for the forum, not the main content of the site. [edit] To clarify, what I mean is people get the same experience whether they pay or not out of the main website.

and, for the record, shock f**king horror, steve writes articles for another website, why is this such a problem. Im sure when he feels enough energy to write about our terrible club at the moment he will, after all, he has been writing articles for this site for YEARS. cut him some slack!

Its very hard to do well. Its overly cautious when overtaking, and of course, you can't outbreak, so moving up the field is VERY hard! Only time i ever won on brake assist was when i started on pole!
