I'm delighted now. We have a quality side for this division, and dare I say a very good Championship squad. Things are looking up. All we need now is results!

Plus, yer missing a certain Lloydy James. I can see Pardew prefering him to Morgan in midfield, especially in away games. Morgan's not suited to playing mudbaths!

I have to say I agree with this. We have a really decent squad of players now and I see no reason why we cant put up a strong challenge for the play-offs this year. That back four, with Kelvin behind them wouldnt concede too many in the Championship, nevermind League 1. My only concern would be up front, but if Saga stays and is up for the fight we should be ok....

Personally I'd love to see Rasiak stay if he's commited. Lambert and Rasiak would form an awesome partnership upfront, the best we've had in a long, long time. Both would easily score 20+ goals each in this division. Here's hoping.

Definitely agree with this. It was even evident on TV on Saturday, I felt. I've even ressurected the 'ol Football Manager '09 because right now, for the first time in a long time, I cannot get enough of Saints in my life!

I agree. Making the top 2 isnt out of the question. The -10 points isnt that much. If we get off to a flyer and make 3-4 really good signings, I think we'll be there or thereabouts. Definitely the play-offs!
