The kids won't get us out of this, and to be fair they shouldn't have to, it's not their mess. Either way the likes of Oberfemi and Gallagher don't have enough experience or quality to turn this around with her games w now have left. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

Just that alone shows you how little quality we have. None of those players were ever going to have any impact in this situation. Feel for Ralph because with the rubbish we've got, the bench is not going to help him at all. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

PEH doing his bit on sky now. Heard it before. "I'm not going down with Southampton. It's not going to happen...." Mark those words. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

I said at half time that I'd take the point (and got called out for it), but even when we equalised I knew we'd blow it. We have very little character when we are under pressure. Any team that lets Cardiff City take 6 points off them don't deserve to be in the premier league, and highly likely that we won't be soon. We were awful. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

And they'll easily get a point, or more, unless we play a lot better than we have first half. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

This. We look awful in the final third. Shane Long, why? Only player who looks like scoring is Redmond. If they score first, can't see that we have enough about us to get back. I'd actually take a point now. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Any team other than the scousers and skates, in that order. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Decent player, always rated him. Good luck to him in the future. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Those were the days. I can't remember the last time I went to the game feeling relaxed that we were going to get the result. It's Cardiff, it's Warnock, it's the type of game where we should feel comfortable - but you just know that we are going to just about scrape the draw. I hope that you are right, but it's been a long, long time since we really won this type of pressure game comfortably.

Yeah - thanks for that - not being up on my aviation knowledge, decided to look that up at midnight and spent a good hour and a half watching the program about it and reading other related articles, went into the small hours - knackered now. As somebody who for many years used to be a frequent flyer (4 flights a month on average), I was never phased or particularity worried about it. Had very few hairy moments that I can remember, Belfast City late at night - going in sideways, never made the landing, tried 3 times and then eventually landed at Aldergrove. There were a couple of others, but nothing that really worried me. Having read this thread though, you do sort of get the feeling that its the human factor that in most cases appears to be the weak link. Even the case you quote - I saw on the program that although the aircraft reported numerous 'faults' all the pilots apparently did in the simulator was increase the airspeed and it flew through the storm. I totally get that it's probably not that simple when you are actually facing the situation, but it's tragic to think that this was all that was required? I remember seeing another ACI programme where a diverted aircraft simply fell out of the sky because it ran out of fuel - how does that happen in this day and age. Now here we are talking about a crate of a plane, 'unqualified' pilot, flying in poor weather over the sea. I'm thinking that I'm glad that I don't get on too many flights these days, is it really still as safe as it's made out to be?

Neither were pens. I was at the game, I thought they were both pens. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Just got home. Rather surprised with some of the above comments to be honest. Thought it was a decent away performance against a really bullish side who have started to show form of late. Other than Shane Long, who contributed very little, and got bullied everytime he got near the ball, nobody really played badly. Couldn't see the penalty incident from the away end clearly, other than there was a hand very high, but overall I thought Stephens played pretty well. The first pen shout looked stone wall, so I guess the ref decided to even things up. Shame we lost Ings, but Redmond was once again very good, great strike for the goal. But Shane Long, even during the shooting practice he was shocking, just the way he addresses a football looks awkward and clumsy. As others have said if he'd have knocked it for the corner flag and used his pace (his one good attribute), we run the clock down along the line. Would've probably taken a point if offered, people are probably more gutted by the manner and timing of conceding, because it really was a pretty decent away performance all things considered. Meh, I'm cool with it. It's not the ideal situation, but if I wanted somebody to manage it, it would be Ralph. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Yes...., but, no, uummmm, maybe... Perhaps Batman was just hedging his bets, you know that he's normally dead on the money, right! Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
