Particularly happy as I have been listening to talk sport all day and they clearly were hoping for an upset. Thought JWP did really well in the first half when we were struggling, he did try to drive forward on a couple of occasions to get us up the field. He probably needs to, not least because it will give him confidence, will also keep the fans at bay for a little while longer. Needs a goal sooner rather than later and to score, and beat the skates would be a decent start for the lad.

Holy ****, I've just looked at the Terms and Conditions on the back of my matchday ticket for Sheffield United. Apart from trying to get out of the NCP in Eyre Road at the end, yet another great away day. Thought it was a pretty decent game which could've gone either way to be fair. For a change the ex Saints didn't come back to haunt us, McGoldricks finishing hasn't improved any, he should've had a brace before we scored, but blew both chances. Didn't see the Billy Sharp tackle as was clapping and chanting Boufal as he walked in front of the fans after being subbed. Good performances from Maya, Oriel, Cedric and PEH. Moussa very good as well, sometimes a bit bambi (who'd that remind you of?), but the goal was sublime. Che worked hard, kept going, needs a goal but I think it will come good for him. For those knocking Vest, he didn't have his best game but he was nowhere near bad, had a few moments when he looked dodgy, but also strong when necessary, average, but not bad. All in all good away performance, fans were good, clean sheet and a nice drive home over the Peak District watching a stunning sunset. Oh BTW on the downside, the Westwood song, loose it. I totally agree, but unfortunately that's not what came out in the interview, so my point remains.

Just been interviewed on TalkSport Hawksbee and Jacobs claiming discrimination. From the outside, most would probably say we / the FA got this one wrong.
