  1. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was confused by it. I thought it was a link to the video of the guy catching the ball that was meant to be saints related....! Struggling to find the link...... [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] Sent from my SM-T590 using Tapatalk
  2. Can't wait for us to get started to be honest, no matter what happens this season, I think we can all be confident that Ralph is at least going to play a good attacking brand of fast football. Got tickets for Burnley today, not many left, can't see them playing anything else but their dour, hard to break down style again this season. Old boys coming back to haunt us card, beware the Jay Rodriques and Jack Cork effect...! Thank God Crouchie retired. Sent from my SM-T590 using Tapatalk
  3. Another player who has really failed to kick on after leaving us. Sent from my SM-T590 using Tapatalk
  4. Our idiots dealt with. Probably about right - although 4 year football banning may seem a little harsh, I think it was probably more stupidity than anything really malicious. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-49095117
  5. Got an offer for a ticket to their opener at Shrewsbury, shall I, shan't I....?
  6. Wash yer mouth out girl, lowering the tone.....
  7. He'll be a top player that Klarer, a top, top player I tell you.....
  8. Have to say that as far as I can remember, Fraser's one meaningful contribution was to kick the ball long once, and he didn't do that very well at all. Just sayin'.
  9. Jan Vallery for 3. Nice feet, composed.
  10. Missed, saved, hit post - not sure...!
  11. Stonewaller.
  12. Decent first time finish from Shane there.
  13. The point I was making was that he thought he was heading towards more Premiership football at Old Trafford, instead ended up at an Athletics stadium where he fared pretty badly and was then offloaded to China. If your looking at the wonga only, fine he probably did ok - but he missed the club that he originally thought was interested, by some distance.

  16. I told you, they shot the fukin' squirrel. Get over it...!
  17. The simple answer to this is that everybody did ok. The first team players all gave good performances and the fringe players didn't embarrass themselves. That said, I didn't think that any of the youngsters played well enough to stake a real claim. Smallbone was neat and tidy, but I don't think he could dominate and run a game just yet, but definitely one for the future. I thought both Bertie and Cedric both played well and I wouldn't be disappointed if he stayed. Ings looked sharp and got his goals and PEH also put in a good shift as well. Generally though, as I said, everybody did ok. I remember this time last year being at the Baseball Ground as we were getting dicked 3 nil to Derby County and as I was coming away I was thinking we are going to struggle, and we duly did. Looking at the game today, taking into account Ralf, new players, Chey, Rom, JWP, Vest, Maya etc. I feel a whole lot more optimistic than I did a year ago. Sent from my SM-T590 using Tapatalk

  19. Nice day here at Deepdale, I think we're doing ok seeing as it's a mix of regulars, fringe and shop window players. Looking forward to the 2nd half. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

  21. I was thinking the same myself, but I think he's injured or not eligible until 1st August. Sent from my SM-T590 using Tapatalk
  22. Totally agree, but there comes a point though where 'beggars can't be choosers', and if he want to play he needs to decide whether he really is going to get better options than what he's already got. Sometimes players can freeze themselves out because they listen to paper and agent talk, when there's not much substance. I'm not saying this is the case with Mario, but lets be honest, as far as we can tell the phone has not been ringing of the hook at SMS since he announced he was ready to join a bigger project. Jose Fonte, head turned by Man Utd, ended up at WHU and then China. The grass is not always greener.
