First saints game I can remember. Probably my fav saints win ever
-
I have been to a few matches on my own. There arent many saints fans in Bucks but I go with my Dad or take the missus. Went to Goodison park once on my own. It was a long way!!!! Its not too bad actually and it gives me time to concentrate on the game. I like people watching and my own company! same thing with golf. Quite often play better on my own, though I have a few playing partners, as I can concentrate more.

Richard Pryor & Eddie Murphy are right up there with the best ever. Russell Kane for up and coming UK stan up. Michael McIntyre = ****ing d1ck

Don't forget the free travel for them and their partner worth about 6k a year!!! My heart bleeds

I had to walk an hour from my station to work. 3 hours to get to work in total. Mainline trains ****ed up to. They get paid sh1t loads for an unskilled job. They need to get their heads out of their @rses and get over themselves!

ps Blackbushe Sunday market is worth a look (though its not a car boot sale as such) Its huge.

I've done a few. Its true its all pikeys and poles. I do the one at the Kassam stadium carpark in Oxford. (my local) The poles never agree a price, they just give you want they want to and they're off!! I made £130 pounds once. If you have decent stuff its worth it. Plus people rummage through your car before you've even put your pitch up! Its a right bun fight!

Not sure Blackstock is a QPR fan? He was born and bred in Oxford and still has family there. There are well known around our area.

There are no set rules to this and its up to the discretion of a Judge or majistrate who will judge each case on its own merit.

I work for Her Majesty's Court Service and have worked in lots of different courts. Although I think Tweed is a little ****, beating up a 16 year old with a golf club, driving whilst disqualified etc but this decision hasant been made because he is a celeb. It is very common for curfews to be lifted so people can go to weddings, funerals, visit sick relatives etc. Its not unusual for curfews to be lifted for people who had pre booked holidays prior to getting a tag! One lad at a court I worked at had his curfew hours changed so he could go rugby training as he was a county player! I think the right decision was made in this case.

lol! Glad you had a good one. Havent been there for a while so should check it out again. Though I am neither a goth, grebo or whatever so I will stick out like a sore thumb!!

its Carling Academy if I'm being picky. But yeah Colwey road is a good bet too.

Try the Wheatsheaf down an alley way off the highstreet. Near to carfax and cornmarket street. If you cant find it just ask someone. My mates band has played there a few times. Not sure if it will be folky over the weekend but it will be guitar based at least! O'Neils on George Steet normally has a band too.

The inclusion of Downing is a mystery to me.

Le Tissier suspects we'll be relegated before last game of season
richie replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
See your point and maybe you are playing devils advocate but to be fair to him he busted his balls to keep us up for over a decade and has done more than anyone put together to get this club where it was 5 years ago or so. Im my eye's the guy can say what he likes and cannot be touched!!! -
Fair evaluation but hold onto your money. Madness to buy now. Give it 12 months.

mate I did sports management at Brighton. Only do it it you really want to go into that industry. I found out I didnt after I about 18 months in due to the p1ss poor money! Got a 2:1 mind but am now in cival servant in central government. I could be earning another 5k a year now if I hadnt gone to Uni. so you need to think about it. Personally I would avoid uii like the anything. Get some training and get on the employment ladder ASAP. Degrees mean **** all now. so really was a waste of time career wise. Having said that it is useful if you want to get p1ssed, get laid and stay in bed.

Probably been to Wimbledon about 10 times, first off in 1989 when I was a nipper doing some exhibiton tennis there. But I never made it!! Like the others have said you dont need show court tickets to have a great time. Go in the first week and you will see seeded players on the outside courts. By the second week it will be mostly doubles which is great to watch and juniors. Get there early whatever day you go, but especially the first few days. I would say for the first week if you are in the queue by 6am you wont have that many people in front of you. Everyone is friendly and the time will pass quite quick. Think gates open at 10am. Bring food and a book for the Q. They now hand out passes to show your place in the queue which helps if you need the bog!! I have quite often got tickets for the show courts at the end of the day as people have handed them back. Veru good value. Or if you work/live in London go down after work and get in after 5/6pm for about a tenner. You will still get 2/3 hours of quality tennis.

When the fixtures came out at the start of the season there was a bit article on the OS about how they work out the fixtures etc etc and there was a question about why no games on New Years Day and it was to do with the FA cup falling so close to 1st Jan. Normally Fa cup is 6th 7th 8th Jan. It is a one off and there will be New Years day fixtures next year.

my girlfriend suffers form them too and suffers all of the effects above. Cant open eyes and cant leave the bed for sometimes 24 hours. Annoying thing is the people who say they have a migrane but its just a bad headache!!! Try Migralive. (spelling?) Its in a black packet and you can get it from Boots. Seems to help the missus.

Lost licence in 2004 for 20 months. Lost well paid job, lost house, split up with partner, lost newnew car, lost work friends. Shamed family......... I could go on 9 months on anti depressents. I do not recommend to anyone. All over now but never goes away.
