They may decide its worth the gamble of getting quality reinforcements in in January. I guess Sam is a proven manager and did a pretty good job at Bolton for the most part but I wouldn't want him here his teams are physical and aggressive but its like watching Wimbledon at times!
  3. If the moneys right and its a big club he will go simple as that and who would blame him

Do you think west ham are too good to go down with Carol? Do you think big Sam could be in danger?
  5. He had a good game today but only by his standards I hope people aren't naive enough to think he's anywhere nr good enough to be a premiership keeper
  6. good today the only weak link has been yoshida passing wise
  7. holly cow he made a save!
  8. you think continued relegation form? surely we are too good to go down?
  9. davis is fit apparently. I would have opted for him.................. just
  10. and should we lose?
  11. With Everton and Chelsea and some other tough fixtures coming up how vital is it to get a decent result? Is a draw acceptable for most of us?
  12. At least kelvin davisis capable of stopping a shot he has prooved he is a half decent stopper the other parts if his game are horrendous though no worse than gazinigas
  13. Has parts of his game that are reasonable but he doesn't look to be shot stopper in any shape or form I worry every shot on goal is going in
  14. Hope I'm wrong but Osvaldo strikes me as the type of player that won't hang around long at a club unless Things are going his way hopefully he bags a few more goals and gets an affinity with saints
  15. What the hell I'm not criticising Lambert he has been a terrific servant and still a great player I was merely stating that he's not getting any younger. You people need to grow up and stop twisting every dam thing into anti this or anti that
  16. Agreed we don't have a prolific goal scorer and as good as jay rod has been we need another option to help Osvaldo isn't the answer and Lambert's age is beggining to show!
  17. Always tried hard but he was the record signing of the time and somewhat a disappointment, good throw ins though we never ever made good use of them!
  18. Cody cropper anyone?
  19. Which begs the question would we have been better off signing a less temperamental striker that's more of a team player and more consistent overall. All swings and roundabouts though always going to be compromises.
  20. No I think he's a good player as I stated above just that he seems anonomous for most games apart from the odd flash of brilliance as per the wonder goal and the discussion is around that nowhere have i stated he's a rubbish player. As for Ramirez I don't think there's many people who now feel he has a future at the club or do you feel otherwise?
  21. Agreed it was a very physical game yesterday and maybe Osvaldo isn't up to that at the moment. Can't remember him hardly having a touch of the ball yesterday.
  22. And. I don't mean because he's been a sub for most of them. He is clearly a skilled player as the wonder goal proved so I can only put it down to work rate, it literally was as if he wasn't there at all yesterday. Still adapting to the premership or only bothered when it suits him? I stand by my opinion that he won't make double figures this season. In your opinion could we do with another striker as backup? One that could work alongside j rod?
  23. good point with a weakened side against a very good team! ill take that! mom jrod only one with any movement whatsoever up front today and worked tirelessly!
  24. another striker needed in jan gutless up front
  25. overreaction.com he's nowhere nr the worst CB in the league and you know it
