Haha, ask any football fan who knows something about football and they'd tell you that Saints v Portsmouth is the most attractive tie of the round for the neutral. Yes, technically it is only important in one part of the country but isn't almost every game? Quite frankly anyone who knows anything about football knows that this is one of the most fiercely contested derbies in the country. Christ, even neutral news reporters have been mentioning the rivalry of the two clubs and calling it the 'tie of the round' They'd be stupid not to show it as its the only opportunity they're going to have of seeing a team from a lower division have a realistic chance of beating a team from the PL.
