Maybe Saints are looking at finding 'homes' for Thomas and Lancashire prior to announcing their third centre-back signing in a week? I believe Seaborne was always going to be announced today as he's primarily cover for Fonte/Jaidi (and according to Steve Perryman on the Exeter website bought for his potential).

How can this be when his parent club would not let him play in the FA Cup so technically I would have thought his suspension would then have carried over to the WW game?

Preston lost Mawene last night with a suspected medial ligament injury and are now down to just two fit centre backs. I would think they'll be trying to get someone in on loan now but I would have thought this would mean PNE would be reluctant to extend Trotmans loan in the new year.
