As I am in the mood for making predictions....... Who do you think will prove to be our most influential player this season? Will it be Kelvin once again, for making dozens of wonder saves and keeping a new record number of clean sheets? Or maybe you think bart will usurp him and prove to be an even better 'keeper than Antii? Will Jose Fonte continue to be the rock in our defence and retain his title? Or maybe one of the Dans will be the main defensive man this season? Will Lallana once more prove that it is HE who makes the team tick and that without him we struggle to score? Will Chambo stay and increase his worth by tearing the league apart? Or maybe de Ridder will displace him and do likewise? Will Morgan or Jack Cork or Deano dominate every midfield battle this season, whilst protecting the defence, setting up goals and regularly score them as well? Will Guly refuse to ever get a taxi whilst tearing this division apart? Will Rickie get back to his goal-scoring best, and get into the 20's this season? Or maybe Connolly will stay injury free and he will be our top scorer? Or Barney will outscore them both? I am going to go for one of the new guys, and not the flair player either. Following on from Professor's 'Press Predictions' thread, where do YOU think Saints will finish this coming season? 1. Automatic Promotion 2. Play-offs 3. Top half finish but outside play-offs (7th-12th) 4. Lower half to mid table (13th-18th) 5. Just above relegation (19th-21st) 6. Relegation Whilst I do think we have an outside chance of the play-offs (if we sign a new CB, and even more so if we bring in a better striker than currently have) I think we will finish in the top half but outside the play-offs. 3. 7th-12th

I really do have a feeling that they will miss out on promotion this year, probably getting beat in the play-off semi's, which will result in them entering admin. I may be wrong though.

So close to England getting Belarus, and France, only us and Spain left in the pot and unfortunately we came out first. Oh well, I should be able to get the Ukraine game easily enough (I know a couple of people who live in Kiev) and Poland is only next door, so probably doable. And I get to cheer on Belarus against France (who they beat in Paris last time they played them) and against Spain. Group A does indeed look quite fiery!

To be honest I'm more interested in seeing who Belarus draw, as I can go to all of their home qualifying matches. Obviously, I hope they draw Enland; Scotland/N. Ireland and Wales would also be cool. (I have seen England and Scotland play here, as well as France, Italy, Norway, Argentina and many other countries - and have supported Belarus in all bar the England game.)

Whenever I try watching videos on SaintsPlayer they play very intermittently, i.e. it plays for 2-3 seconds then stops for about 8 seconds, then the same again. Is this because I need to change some settings, or because I have a very low speed internet connection? (I think it is around 100 mg/sec.) Ta very much.

It was terribly slow. Hasn't the new server been installed yet? Will it be done before the season starts?
