I honestly have no idea which way this match will go. It could be anything from a 2-0 loss, to a 1-1 draw, to a 3-1 win. At this moment in time I would take the draw but think, and hope, we can get the win. Having said that I have a feeling that both Lambert and Lallana will score tonight. I believe he has played more at RB than CB for Fulham. However, as a CB he is similar in style to Fonte. I don't think they would make a good pairing. We need a big unit alongside Fonte; Baird is not that big.

Sounded like Seaborne was our best player today. I personally hope he stays; but he does seem to be the boo boys latest favourite for derision.

Squeeky bum time at the end, but this Saints team have proved they can hold on to a lead - even with 10 men!! 8 league wins in a row, another new record. Another clean sheet (last week should have been one as well). Sounded like Seaborne was Man of the Match, with Richardson and of course Lallana and Connolly also doing well. A great day!!
