Would be suprised if we didnt have 3000 up there!

After driving to both Pre season games in Switzerland this is a doddle. Went last year on the train to Carlisle, this year on a mini bus. Setting off at 5:00am. Up the saints.
-
Good to hear the lads got off. Finally a bit of common sense, for such as petty crime. I see worse in town on a Saturday night. To all those Saints fans that want others sent down, banned etc. Have a look at yourself, your true scum in my eyes.

I booked mine last month. Southampton to Walsall via Brum New Street 9:15 returning from New Street at 19:ish for £22 return.
-
What goes on tour, stays on tour. Up the saints.
-
No decent trains like last season. Will be around 800 I think.
-
Only 2 games in the Championship yesterday reached a higher attendance.
-
Gateshead away in the First round the week before Carlisle away. Magic.
-
1500 is my guess.
-
Really dont think its "rubbish". Not many cheap trains, ground doesnt really have any atmosphere, poor start to the season, quite a lot went last year and the distance. If its so rubbish, I guess you will be there to be making up the numbers?
-
It helps if they are scouse.
-
Sounds good, will be sure to pick one up.
-
Yes there are.
-
We should try with the JPT! We would be the first club in history to have retained it. Its always nice to see saints holding records....which arent a teams most goals scored against us.
-
All booked for Sheffield Wednesday, making a few days of it. Flying to Southampton to Paris Thursday, Paris to Liverpool on the Saturday morning. Train at 11:52 from Liverpool to Sheffield then the 18:47 from Sheffield to London then on the half nine back from Southampton.

Any idea of how many tickets are left?
-
There are still tickets left, yes.

A new Saints Fanzine for SFC - on sale (v Reading)
Dan replied to redandwhitebill's topic in The Saints
Bought one yesterday was a good read. Could so with a section on something related to the fans or something similar. What have you given up to follow saints, what have you done out of the ordinary to get to a game, record of games - attended I heard someone from London hasn’t missed a match since the 70s. Something like that would be good, just an idea. -
Every time we play Bournemouth this season I intend on singing about Pompey for 90 minutes to show them we have no care for them in the slightest.
-
13,000 sold may be sold, but how many of them are free under 8 season tickets? Nearly everyone I know who has bought a ST this year has claimed a free under 8 ticket.
-
Time off work, costs of hotels and money while your there. Switzerland is hardly a cheap country to be in etc. Only 2 of us went yesterday, but theres 4 on Saturday. If we had stayed they proberly wouldnt have been able to go with flights being so expensive! There is logic behind the madness!
-
For yesterdays game we left Monday night 10PM and ened up getting there half hour before kick off. Watched the game and came straight back, just got back to Southampton now after 2 and a half days living in the car. Doing the same for Saturdays game. Four of us leaving Friday afternoon, aim to be back Sunday lunchtime. Was around 30 or so Saints fans there yesterday, would guess there would be more for Saturdays game.
-
Were driving down, setting off Friday midday stopping in France over night. Arrive into Fribourg mid day then do a night out there and back Sunday. I assume it would be pay on the day, if you even have to pay to get in that is? ....knowing Cortese we will get there and be told its being played behind closed doors!
-
May know of someone that is running a mini bus for either both games, staying out there or just out for the Saturday game in Fribourg? With 1 night in a hotel/hostel. Would anyone be interested?
-
Have a look at Hostels. Must warn you trains in Switzerland are not cheap!
