How about Coldplay Paradise? "Evert time he scores a goal, Billy, Billy, Billy Sharp whoooooooah".
-
I think we could have done without this replay, plus if we get through Derby at home is off, meaning 4 out of 5 away after Cardiff .......
-
Agree, bit we still kept trying. Sometimes you have to hit it long or behind defenders pressure to turn them round. Trouble is we have no pace......all in all we were well beaten....
-
I'll say it again. We will not finish in the top 2!

Watching that has got to worry all of us. We were beaten easily....... -
Watching this forget promotion - no Rickie no chance - why? If we don't have a replacement we are not the same team forget promotion on this performance. Sometimes forget the endless passing, line up 442 and hit it long. Very depressed....

I started the thread and my wife's answers are not made up. She really tried to remember....... -
I am in LA for hols my missus identifed the following: In goal "Dave", in defence "fontenblain"' in midfield "schneidin", and up front "Papa Mango". She did know Rickie Lambert and Lallana. By the way she had no idea about positions......

Brighton 3 Saints 0 Post match chat!

Can't blame the ref Lambert was stupid and it was a definite red. We seriously need investment up front. We lack any pace whatsoever when attacking. Our CM's never look like scoring and maybe we need a goal scoring CM. To lose to a struggling team with half its first team out is franky embarrassing. Its gonna be a long drive home from the Nancy stadium. -
If its helps our promotion push then yes. However if it disrupts the team spirit then no. Its a fine balance. He could be used in a swap deal. Im sure their are other Championship teams who would take him.

Sorry have to disagree I live on the Berkshire border and I think Reading fans I know would happily let us pay silly money for him - they just don't rate him. Le Fondre is the one they rate.... -
The Sun says were making a 1.5m bid for LJ. I personally think we need him and a quick forward i.e Sharp or Maynard.

According to the Mirror (Most likely rubbish) but Forest are prepared to sell Lewis McGugan for 1.5m to raise money for a forward. I highly rate him at this level. Would be perfect on the RW. -

Lambert back up is greatly needed. We have no other CF in the team and trying to put Guly in that role will never work. We lack pace along the front line as well so someone like Maynard would be great. Also someone to take the pressure off Lambert a bit. We also need a winger who has some pace and can attack the by-line and whip a cross in. That Adomah gave us more problems than any player I've seen in ages. Someone like him would be great. Lastly defensively we struggle against players who have pace. Any thoughts on who we could bring in to help this? -
Oh dear how terrible for you...

A classic Burley cock up...

So many of our players look better in the championship than they did last season - Deano, Morgan, Rickie, Connelly, Chappers - to name a few. I think the little bit more time they are getting is really letting them strut their stuff. Long may it continue!!
-
Agreed, also noticed that NA changed things when he took Guly off - Hammond went right and Chaplow left and both full backs got better cover and looked better. I think we are going to get caught out at home if we make games 2 open for 90 minutes.
-
I am glad we have signed a big, commanding, experienced left sided centre back to strengthen the defence. Some of our posters obviously believe they are "experts" and have decided he's not good enough already!! This is quite unbelievable and also extremely depressing. We are going well and strengthening wisely so please stop this negative rubbish. This is the time to enjoy the great results, fantastic football and having a team thatbelieves and wants success. If you don't like it I suggest you get off the bus! Welcome aboard big man!
