This has gone on since May! What on earth possesed NC/AP and whoever elsethat decides to free Semi and James then buy full backs and nothing else!! Eveyone knows that without MS and DH in midfield we are desperately short of cover! Then poor old Rickie, he's obviously not allowed to get injured or score less than 30 goals, AND without any wingers!! Pathetic! I blame them all for being complacent, AP for ego problems and as for NC I hope he knows what he's doing.....

I agree totally. Frankly I cannot believe that we have now played 8 won 2 drawn 1 lost 5 scored 7 conceded 9. We've failed to score in 5 of those 8. If you take out the 4 at Bristol Rovers it's a complete disaster! This following a poor pre season, lack of signings particularly up front and out wide, then the shambles of AP's sacking followed by the shambles of finding a replacement! NC's lack of communication skills are causing unnecessary rumour and division. Sadly all this accompanied by ML's death. Is this the way we wanted to honour him? It's just not good enough....

Sorry I don't read every post on this forum so missed your post. However why was NC "unavailable" yesterday - if that is accurate - to sort things out. As for the plane bit, it's only 90 mins away, not long haul so what is your point?

Surely NC/SW could have negotiated all of this yesterday wherever they were? I also am beginning to doubt how keen NA really is about joining us. Surely by now he would have resigned and forced the issue - it's not for him to be negotiating compensation is it? This has MON at Leicester being persuaded to stay by cheering fans/standing ovation etc...

That's crazy, surely a phone call could sort things out. I think all of this is daft. If we lose today, AND we still have no manager NC will get slaughtered ....

I listened live online when they discussed the compensation figure. They had no idea so one of their guys guessed a figure. They were looking to slag us off - especially NC! So take 60k with a pinch of salt....
