Well we saw the "plans" in the season ticket video. There is nothing to say that some developments would just be to improve the stadium, rather than expand it?

Yep! It seems after Ramierez and Forran that first team football is very important in certain players decisions. Especially it would seem the players that we have been/are after?

That would be an immense window and would probably set us up ok for next season?

Would love this signing to happen. Think it will be another sign of intent, but not sure if it will. Seems Inter aren't going to be willing to sell that easily? Also as with Ramierz he isn't the finish package, so could take some time to bed him in. But I think with him, Ramierez, Lallana, and Puncheon (hope he stays) we would have a good attacking midfield with options!

I don't think there will be any drastic amounts of transfers. Even in the summer tbh! Seems 3 or 4 positions where we need strengthening/depth then hopefully a combination of a few signings and upcoming youth players to bulk out the depth depending if they are up to it?

I'm getting the impression it could be a case of waiting to the summer when some real work can be done rather than panicing? Personally I think LB is ok for now with Fox as cover as we don't really want someone to replace Shaw. And there is this other nipper in the youth team who they say will be as good as Shaw?

With the squad off for a few days, and a new manager, do people think we will be signing anyone else in this window? Pochettino said that new players are necessarily needed. Maybe it was in the press conference? I can see a situation where we have a new CB and that could be it, especially if Cortese thinks we were underacheiving with the squad we had? What are other peoples thoughts on this. Just to note I would love us to strengthen, especially with a new creative/attacking/wide midfielder. As I feel we lack any depth there at all.

And I don't blame him. He's come into a pretty bad situation so the press would probably look to turn anything he says!

I dismissed a lot of stuff and stuck up for Cortesse due to not having proof. Now I have proof! At the very least it would be nice to have more of an explanation? Even if it's him saying we cant attract players, or something. Because as far as I can see we have been improving and playing some nice football. We seemed to only be a few players away from being a very good team imo

Unfortunatly I don't think there is a lot that can be done without destabalising the team? This is something we cannot afford to happen unless you want relegation?

i hate the decision, but we are in a relegation battle. We can't afford to loose our form! It's a simple as that. If you feel that strongly and don't think you can support the team/players then don't go!
