  1. Just an observation from one of the videos I saw they seemed very keen to make sure no one got near their cases.
  2. Díaz on the Stewart down the middle Armstrong right maybe?
  3. You’d back him to get 10-12 goals a season given his performance at Sheffield United which for £7m is great business and something we’ve not had since the Koeman days
  4. I don’t think anyone has ever said it was nessasary so not sure what you’re arguing about here. Plenty of people behind their computer screens judging though saying they’ve been trained for this and we should expect better when the most dangerous situation they’ve ever been in is changing the type writer ribbon in their admin job. having been attacked twice from behind, pinned against the wall punched numerous times whilst he’s two colleagues had the shit kicked out of them it’s no wonder the red mist descended, they’re humans who make mistakes not robots that you can program in a response. I maintain he got what he deserved big enough to smash women around big enough to deal with consequences. Sorry if that isn’t the politically correct answer. Playing the yeah but game doesn’t change that. He’ll no doubt lose his job over it though. I still don’t understand why the most recent videos came out later and we got have had some context and all those quick to judge could wind their necks back
  5. That’s not clear cut, he wasn’t unconscious from the taser as if you see the video he attempts to get up Your other point is Classic whataboutery he didn’t die. If we’re going to go down that road then everytime someone speeds they should be locked up, they didn’t knock anyone over but they could have. every time someone throws a punch it should be attempted manslaughter, they didn’t fall and hit their head on the pavement and die but they could have. What about if he’d punched the female copper so hard it killed her?
  6. Think this will prove to be a very good bit of business. £7m is peanuts these days, he’s a good finisher, good age and scored goals in an awful Sheffield United team. Lots to like here
  7. Well done Farmer saint well guessed @Ekelund24 you see if you’re bright enough the clues are obvious
  8. But has he ever done it on a cold night there?
  9. Yep you can see in the video, he gets attacked from Behind by the “victim” in the darker shirt and pinned against the wall taking quite a few punches manages to get out then gets attacked from behind again by the “victim” in the lighter shirt who had just battered the two females. And you’ve got people behind their computer screens preaching they get trained on this. They’re humans not robots.
  10. I didn’t I loled. But it’s FACT about him name. Even worse than being some flouncy South American that doesn’t like the cold he wishes he was one
  11. We are still at stage two of the stages of truth. Maybe the newer posters will move us to stage 3 and the dinosaurs will be silenced
  12. I’m pretty sure he only added Díaz onto his name in more recent years. When he was at Forest he was just boring old Ben Brereton.
  13. I suspect in the heat of the moment having just seen two of his female colleagues battered moving the spotlight was the last thing on his mind. I think we all agree he shouldn’t have done it, but then most people have probably never been in that situation. He’ll no doubt lose his job for it but I seriously don’t see how anyone could argue a grown man beating the shit out of two female officers doesn’t deserve a bit of instant physical revenge. They certainly would have got it from the police if they’d behaved like that in some other countries.
  14. You live in a very simplistic world don’t you Sog.
  15. Really?
  16. Lee Anderson who was actually right? What about the ones who made out the attackers were victims of racism and police brutality? Anything to say about them?

    Israel

Why didn’t you post a link to the story about the attack on Israel before this?
  19. To be fair Andy Burnham just been on and spoke very well, as he always does. amongst other things that politicians shouldn’t be quick to judgement to fuel the fire which we’ve seen. I see the community were very quick to accuse GMP of institutional racism. Wonder what the community is saying now?
  20. BBC news channel have more time to the Venezuelan election than the new footage. I’m still wondering why it took the Manchester Evening news and 3 days for the other video to emerge

    Israel

Surprised no one has posted a link to this yet https://edition.cnn.com/2024/07/27/middleeast/lebanon-israel-golan-strikes-intl-latam/index.html
  22. Would be a good signing. Unlike Che Adams he makes runs into the box and across defenders rather than being on his heels. I saw him play for Forest a few years back against Arsenal in the cup and thought he looked a handful then quite surprised it’s taken him so long to get a move to the premier league as seems to be one of those players always linked. As you say be decent this season and a real asset if we go down.
  23. The CoT is a small group of members with contacts within SFC and the wider football community who often get inside information on goings on at the club. The CoT are allowed to share some information but much of it is confidential. This has however led to a lot of bitterness and jealousy with Some trying to belittle the information provided, meanwhile others have tried to immitate the CoT passing false information off as their own. If you know the three stages of truth and the lords book you will Know that too often those with good news to share are abused and ridiculed, we see this now with the CoT however the service they offer is for the good of the whole Saints fan base and a few jealous individuals who have achieved nothing in their lives won’t stop their work
